My experience with Strong by Zumba

On my most recent trip to Madrid, I was invited to a Strong by Zumba Masterclass led by Spain's Master Trainer Diana Serena and Raquel Sánchez Silva at Holmes Place. I accepted the invitation because I was curious about the workout, as I stay in shape through dance in my daily life and frequently do Claudia Schiffer's workout video, so I'm open to new possibilities. I really liked the workout because it involves mixing movements with the music, meaning each sound corresponds to a movement, and the music is created exclusively for these exercises, which makes it easy for those who like music to keep up the pace. This, combined with Diana and Raquel's joy, enthusiasm, and positive energy, pushed us to challenge ourselves and follow the class to the end. At several points during the workout, Diana gave us options to add more or less intensity to the exercises so we could choose according to our body's limits. It's a high-intensity workout, so I ended up quite tired and with a strong bodily sensation of activation and having worked deeply. I perfectly understood why we can get completely in shape with Strong by Zumba in just a few sessions, as it's also a very complete workout that targets arms, abs, legs, glutes, etc. I honestly liked it a lot and I'm going to look for a Strong by Zumba instructor in my province. And you, have you tried it yet? Miriam strongH54A0688
